This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the initial consultation meeting between Greencove Immigration Services Inc. and particularly Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) Regina Sobowale (the "RCIC") and the undersigned prospective Client(s) (the "Client"):
The initial consultation aims for the RCIC to: (a) gain insight into your background and immigration needs based on the information you share; (b) address your questions to the best of our capabilities; (c) explore your options and, where possible, evaluate the associated costs and benefits of those options; (d) assist you in determining your next steps, if any; (e) discuss our fees and the terms of representation should a consultant-client relationship be established after the meeting; and (f) outline the appropriate next steps in the process.
Any information and documents you provide during the initial consultation will be kept strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or as stipulated under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Code of Professional Ethics.
If, after the initial consultation, you decide to retain our services and we agree to represent you, we will draft a separate, more comprehensive Service Agreement to be signed by both parties. This new Service Agreement will replace this Initial Consultation Agreement and will outline the terms and conditions of our representation, including our fees and the specific services we will provide.
The Client is obliged to pay a fee as per the option of 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours:
If payment is made from abroad, GST will not apply. This payment will cover the professional fees related to the matters outlined above and is due upon signing this Initial Consultation Agreement and before the consultation begins. The fee can be sent via e-transfer to info@greencoveimmigration.ca or paid by credit card upon request of an invoice.
